After experiencing frustrating delays in equipment repair due to the unavailability and slow delivery of coils, shunts, armatures, and other rewound parts from other vendors, we reopened our winding facility. Utilizing methods passed down through generations, we proudly offer a superior product in today’s market.

We combine both traditional and modern procedures to extend the longevity and integrity of our coils. Our process involves preheating the coils and placing them in a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) tank. This ensures complete penetration of insulating compounds. Afterward, the coils are removed, allowed to drain, and then cured in a bake oven to guarantee optimal performance.
